Cargojet Inc. is one of Canada’s leading air-cargo operators, with a strong position in domestic overnight delivery and growing exposure to charter and international freight markets.<\/p>\n

TD Securities recently raised its price target for Cargojet to C$128 from C$127 while maintaining a Buy rating. The broader analyst outlook is also positive, with the average price target pointing to significant potential appreciation from the current share price.<\/p>\n

Cargojet currently has a “Neutral” Technical signal and a consensus “Buy” analyst rating, with a 12-month price target of C$122 per share, representing approximately 50% upside. This creates an interesting contrast between the company’s fundamental and technical outlook. While analysts see substantial potential over the next year, the current technical indicators have not yet provided a strong bullish confirmation.<\/p>\n

Cargojet’s competitive position remains one of the company’s most important strengths. The company has developed an extensive domestic air-cargo network and has built long-standing relationships with major customers that would be difficult for new competitors to replicate. Its overnight delivery infrastructure, aircraft fleet, operating network, and established logistics relationships provide important barriers to entry.<\/p>\n

The company’s charter business has also become an increasingly important source of growth. Stronger charter activity provides Cargojet with an additional revenue stream while reducing its dependence on the domestic overnight market. Continued growth in charter operations could therefore help support overall revenue expansion and improve the company’s ability to absorb rising operating costs.<\/p>\n

Revenue growth remains another important part of the Cargojet investment story. The company’s recent operating performance has benefited from stronger charter activity and continued demand for time-sensitive freight transportation. The difference between the technical and fundamental outlook is therefore important for investors.
