HIVE Digital Technologies is a Canadian artificial intelligence infrastructure play. HIVE announced that its BUZZ High Performance Computing subsidiary signed a five-year GPU cloud-services agreement worth approximately US$350 million with an investment-grade enterprise customer. The agreement is expected to generate approximately US$70 million in annualized revenue, providing HIVE with a significant new source of recurring revenue. The company plans to deploy 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs as part of the contract, with deployment expected during the fourth quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n

The deal is particularly important because it demonstrates HIVE’s transition from being primarily a Bitcoin mining company into a broader digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence business.
