Piper Sandler boosts target to $32 from $28

Piper Sandler analyst Harsh Kumar raised his target on ON Semiconductor to $32 from $28 and maintained the Overweight rating.  An activist is  now involved in the company as management looks for a new leader.  The analyst also believes the closing of facilities will help drive cost reductions.

STA Research has a average target of $25, and a consensus Buy rating. The technical indicator is very bullish.
