BofA downgrades T. Rowe Price Group, Inc(TROW:NSD) to Neutral from Buy

Bank of America’s analyst Michael Carrierto today downgraded T. Rowe Price to a Neutral rating from Buy.  He kept his  $154 target on the stock.

STA Research has a average of $137, and a consensus Hold rating.
